Google Nexus 4 Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA Update Rolling Out Now

Google has launched the official Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA Update for the Nexus 4 smartphone. Starting from today and up until the last day of November all Nexus 4 users should be running the latest Android 5.0 firmware build.
The update is rolling out Over-the-Air (OTA) and it features the LRX21T build number updating your Nexus 4 to one of the best operating systems ever seen running on an Android device. It comes with a brand new interface called Material Design, lock screen notifications, Priority Mode, Battery saving mode, Android Smart Lock, device sharing, screen pinning, guest user support, multiple users menu, brand new Quick Settings toggles, final Android Runtime (ART), OpenGL ES 3.1, Improved Google Now, and more.
Android 5.0 Lollipop LRX21T OTA Update is rolling out in phases, which means that not all Nexus 4 users will get the new firmware at the same time. All Nexus 4 smartphones running Android stock ROMs will receive official update notifications, while those models running custom ROMs cannot be updated using the official update channels.
If the update arrives on your device, then you should simply confirm and then the installation process will be completed automatically. Alternatively you can choose to check yourself for new firmware files by going to Settings> scroll down and open About Phone, then tap on System Updates and then ‘Check Now’.
